The prices for an order depend on:

The countries of delivery are grouped by geographic areas. Warning !

Deliveries

When are the deliveries made?
Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday inclusive (except public holidays). The delivery times that we offer are from the date of dispatch of the order. A confirmation email is sent to you when your order is shipped.

Details of the calculation of deadlines
The total time corresponds to the time of availability of the book, indicated on the item sheet, to which is added the average postal delivery time. A provisional delivery date is communicated to you on your order acknowledgment.

A simple calculation:
availability + delivery time = delivery time

Ex: a book available within 48 hours sent by Colissimo followed in mainland France will be delivered to you in 48 hours + 48 hours = 96 hours or 4 days (average time).

Home delivery
Office tip: Have it delivered to your workplace. The delivery times correspond to the opening hours of the offices, so you do not have to collect your package at the Post Office.

Partial delivery
If the books for the same order are available on different dates, the announced delivery time will be the longest. However, the ESIBLA Bookstore reserves the right to split its deliveries so as to ensure the best service. Only the transport and shipping costs displayed during the order will be invoiced.

Tracking control

Order confirmation email
You will receive an order confirmation email with each deliverable order.

Shipping notification email
You will receive, for each deliverable order, an e-mail notifying you, either of the availability of your order at the bookstore if you have chosen this option, or of its delivery to our carrier. In this second case, this e-mail will also contain a hypertext link to the site of our partner allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.

2 - Delivery methods

ESIBLA chose La Poste. Distinguished for its reliability and the quality of its international coverage, La Poste also offers a range of services resulting from agreements with foreign commercial partners such as Fedex in the United States. The modes of transport for your orders are therefore those offered by La Poste according to the geographical areas of delivery. Most of our shipments benefit from the Colissimo Expert service which allows us to follow up on the shipments.

For mainland France, we offer free home delivery from 30 euros of purchase.
