Pan-Africanism calls for a people of loyal and devoted believers to illuminate humanity, a people of guardians of a titanic treasure which surpasses in human, material and spiritual power all that humanity has known, the Pan-African world. Without these convinced, this ideology can only remain theoretical. With them, Pan-Africanism lives in everyone. It is up to everyone to excel in everything they do to become a complete individual, autonomous and craftsman of Pan-Africanism by systematically pushing their human, intellectual, material and spiritual potential to the maximum. For this it is therefore necessary that each one study without ceasing, self-criticism ceaselessly and corrects itself ceaselessly. When all do this work, the people are made up of an enlightened and dominant majority, not an ignorant and manipulable majority associated with an enlightened but stifled minority. And then it becomes more and more difficult for his enemies to find ways to harm him. These gatekeepers are excellent Pan-Africans. They are the practical relays of Pan-Africanism without which it can only remain theoretical. Excellence is the eminent degree, therefore the highest attainable perfection, in mankind. It is a doctrine aimed at the perfection of each person concerned through education and instruction of the highest quality. Look for excellence, and spread it around you because it is the keystone of Pan-Africanism. By excelling individually, we logically excel collectively since the whole of society is systematically pulled up. It is only on this condition that Pan-Africanism can give its full potential and impose itself with sustainability for eternity.
