The author brings together in this work the founding texts of European slavery which led to the enslavement of hundreds of millions of Africans for five centuries. Here he raises the question: What can be done to get Africa out of the deadlock in which it finds itself? He proposes to break with the Western institutions which paralyze the continent and calls for cultural, academic, sporting, economic, monetary, commercial, legal, political, diplomatic, tourist, humanitarian, etc. exceptions. Africa must present its social project and offer its contribution to the management of the contemporary world alongside other continents.
