A communication tool par excellence, Lingala has not yet given the full measure of its vitality. He remains reclusive within the borders defined by the colonial administration. "Let's speak lingala" is a document which is not addressed only to the speakers, but also to the international scientific community, to the NGOs which work directly with the population, to university researchers as well as to all those who, for reasons various, seek to deepen their knowledge of Lingala.
